- Provide leadership and supervision to a diverse team of arts program staff, ensuring high-quality instruction and student engagement.
- Oversee arts programming for 500+ K-12 students, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Foster a diverse and equitable work environment by hiring, training, and managing a team of dedicated arts professionals.
- Support professional growth and development of staff through regular feedback, mentorship, and training opportunities.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support programmatic goals.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Curriculum Development and Implementation:
